The ICAE 2010 provides an excellent platform for you to showcase and promote awareness of your products and expertise to a focused group of some 250 participants from universities, research institutes, and industry.

We provide a flexible sponsor program to promote your organization at the conference. Below is the list of sponsorship opportunities for your consideration.

Platinum Sponsorship – S$20000 (Exclusive)

The following benefits are included in the package:

  1. Dinner Sponsorship
  2. Recognition as exclusive sponsor for the conference dinner
  3. Naming of the conference dinner after the sponsor (eg Company Name Nite)
  4. 1 table (up to 10 guests) at the conference dinner
  5. Display of company name/logo (hyperlinked) in the conference website
  6. Display of company name/logo on conference publicity materials, program book and banner
  7. 2 complimentary conference registrations
  8. 1 table-top exhibition at the conference (approx 6ft x 2 ft)
  9. 1 full-page colour advertisement inside the program book (advertisement design to be provided by the sponsors)

Gold Sponsorship – S$10000

The following benefits are included in the package:

  1. Display of company name/logo (hyperlinked) in the conference website
  2. Display of company name/logo on conference publicity materials, program book and banner
  3. 2 complimentary conference registrations
  4. 1 table-top exhibition at the conference (approx 6ft x 2 ft)
  5. 1 full-page colour advertisement inside the program book (advertisement design to be provided by the sponsors)

Exhibition– S$4000

The following benefits are included in the package:

  1. 1 table-top exhibition at the conference (approx 6ft x 2 ft)
  2. 1 x complimentary conference registration
